Her background in psychology gives her deep insight into people, while her artistic experience highlights the connection between creativity and the individual. As a lecturer, she makes complex ideas easy to understand. Her work as a Human Resources Manager and Coach taught her how to support leaders and teams through challenges, change, and growth. This intersection of experiences allows Maritha to create practical, transformative solutions that help people and businesses thrive. Maritha has an M.Com in Organisational Psychology and is a registered Psychologist with the HPCSA
